Support for multiple languages in the following SysAid Copilot features is now available:

This update ensures these features can now process and analyze content based on the language configured by the administrator.

We’ve integrated the latest version of OpenAI, featuring the powerful GPT-4o model. This means that the SysAid Copilot’s chatbot can now process information and respond to inquiries – twice as fast. The upgrade also improves how the chatbot interacts with you, making it feel smoother and more natural.

Following user feedback, the SharePoint Connector within the AI Chatbot’s Data Pool now supports SharePoint Pages (native SharePoint web pages).

This update allows the AI Chatbot to access and process textual content directly from your SharePoint pages.

For the first time, we’re opening up SysAid Copilot in a live workshop experience led by one of SysAid’s AI experts, Alexander Jamieson.
