We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Manager who thrives on keeping things organized, welcoming, and engaging. This role goes beyond daily operations—you’ll play a key part in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the office runs seamlessly. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception desk, warmly welcoming guests, candidates, and suppliers while coordinating deliveries.
  • Oversee office operations, including maintenance, vendor relations, inventory management, and equipment ordering.
  • Ensure seamless scheduling by monitoring and coordinating meeting room bookings.
  • Supervise and collaborate with the cleaning team to maintain a clean, organized workspace, including the kitchen and common areas.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, handling repairs and installations as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and senior managers while partnering with HR to plan and execute office events.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with global offices, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across locations.


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Independent and resourceful, while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar workplace tools.
