As a Backend Developer on our Customer Experience R&D team, you’ll be at the heart of creating cutting-edge software solutions that directly enhance our customers’ experience. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and deploy high-impact Java applications, shaping the future of AI-driven service management and making a real impact on global business.
What you’ll do:
- Design and build scalable, high-performance systems using the latest best practices.
- Develop cloud applications on AWS, utilizing key AWS technologies.
- Create tailored cloud solutions and infrastructure.
- Explore and implement new technologies to boost efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver innovative features and user interfaces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Java developer
- Strong expertise in end-to-end server-side development
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and AWS is a plus
- BSc in Computer Science
