As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our IT infrastructure while learning and contributing to the development and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to automate build, test, and release processes.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to assist in managing and provisioning infrastructure.
• Gain hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to support seamless deployments.
• Assist in implementing system and application monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to optimize performance and resource usage.
• Support basic system monitoring, installation, and maintenance across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Provide first-level technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist with routine security updates, patch management, and compliance tasks to ensure system integrity.
