We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead our internal IT operations, collaborate closely with our DevOps and Product teams, and embody the principles of IT Service Management (ITSM). As an ITSM product company, we aim for our internal IT practices to serve as a model of excellence and innovation for our customers. You’ll directly engage in technical execution, cloud management, process automation, and strategic planning while maintaining strong partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding internal IT support, ensuring rapid response and resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage and optimize the employee onboarding/offboarding IT experience, including device provisioning and software setup.
  • Standardize and continuously improve internal IT workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reliability (provisioning, monitoring, reporting) with scripting.
  • Oversee internal IT infrastructure hosted in Azure.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy, manage, and enhance scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Optimize cloud resource usage to improve reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring audit readiness for standards such as SOC II, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Manage secure Single Sign-On (SSO), identity management solutions, and endpoint security.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure management, and technical leadership.
  • Familiarity with ITSM principles and ITIL methodologies.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Identity Providers (IDP) such as Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrable scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices, endpoint protection, and identity management.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate across teams, especially DevOps, Security, and Product teams.
