Avi Kedmi is Chief Executive Officer at SysAid. A seasoned leader in the tech industry, Avi brings over a decade of executive leadership experience to his role at SysAid. His journey in the tech industry includes the founding of his own startup, which specialized in developing machine learning technology, and was acquired in 2012 by LivePerson.
At LivePerson Avi played a pivotal role in leading multiple departments across the company and spearheaded the company’s growth, transforming it into a global leader in digital customer engagement.
Avi holds an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Program and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Reichman University.
Tal Azuz is Chief Financial Officer at SysAid. He has over 15 years of experience in leading finance and accounting roles at global technology companies. He previously served as VP Business Finance at Cognyte and VP of Accounting at Verint Systems.
Tal has a proven track record of leading financial strategy, business planning and business transformation. He brings the financial DNA of public companies to SysAid, along with a strong focus on business growth.
Tal is a CPA with a BA and MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies
Sasha Shapirov is Chief Technology Officer at Sysaid. With a distinguished 28-year career in Research & Development, Sasha is a seasoned professional in the tech industry. His expertise spans Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Product Management, with extensive experience leading impactful global teams.
Sasha began his tech journey at ClickSoftware, later acquired by Salesforce, and served as Chief Engineering Officer at Codefresh for three years before joining SysAid.
Sasha’s passion lies in unraveling complex real-world problems and cultivating exceptional teams that thrive on innovativion. His diverse experiences and extensive knowledge make him a valuable asset to SysAid, where he’s set to drive innovation, excellence and transformation.
Francis Li is Chief Customer Officer at SysAid and General Manager of our Canadian site. Francis is a highly collaborative, data-&-insights-led strategic leader with an exceptional track record as a builder and change leader in the technology industry. He has held several leadership roles in his career, including business development, marketing, operations, sales, IT, and customer success.
Francis is passionate about developing people and delivering high-performing, measurable results.
Francis holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts specializing in Economics from the University of Toronto, and a post-graduate certificate in Business Driven IT Planning and Sales Management from the Queen’s Univerity’s Executive Education Program.
Paul Snelson is VP of Sales at SysAid. He is a seasoned sales executive with over 25 years of experience in B2B SaaS and high-growth companies.
He recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Meal Ticket, leading the sales, customer success, and marketing teams to achieve impressive YoY growth of over 20%. Prior to that, Paul spent six years at TouchBistro, where he played a key role in increasing revenue by 15x and expanding the sales team from 10 to over 250 members. At SalesForce, Paul was the VP of Commercial Sales, overseeing the SMB business for the Northeastern United States and driving over $34 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV) with his team of 50+ representatives.
With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and nurturing high-performing sales teams, Paul exemplifies the qualities of a top-tier sales leader in his role as Vice President of Sales.
Eyal Zombek is VP Marketing at SysAid. He is a seasoned leader with over 10 years of marketing experience at leading global technology companies. He has a passion for marketing and a proven track record of developing successful growth engines.
Eyal is a growth-oriented, performance-driven marketing strategist with a deep understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and the B2B marketing landscape. He is a skilled diagnostician and analyst, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Eyal is a highly effective planner and executor, with a proven ability to deliver results.
He is passionate about helping people and businesses grow and succeed.
Eyal holds a BA in Social Sciences and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies, graduating both with distinction.
Miri Shalev is VP Human Resources at SysAid. Miri brings over 15 years of experience in global, fast-growing, tech companies. She is a results-driven and strategic thinker with excellent consultation and leadership skills. She is passionate about building strong relationships and promoting growth and engagement amongst teams and individuals. She is is also an expert in designing people strategies to support business objectives.
Miri is a strong advocate for employee well-being and believes that a happy and engaged workforce is essential for business success. She is also a champion of diversity and inclusion and is committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
Miri is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University and holds an M.A. in Human Resources.
Oded Moshe is a seasoned product and IT management executive with over 18 years of experience. He is passionate about building and delivering innovative products that solve real-world problems.
Oded joined SysAid Technologies in 2008 and has played a key role in the company’s growth and success. He has been instrumental in leading SysAid’s overall product strategy and future roadmap defining the company’s long-term product vision.
Oded is a strong advocate for customer-driven development and is committed to creating products that meet the needs of SysAid’s customers. He is a certified CIO and is a member of the itSMF. He is an avid particpant and regular speaker at ITIL forums around the world.
In addition to his IT qualifications, he has a B.A. from the College of Management Academic Studies.
Nitai Fine is VP of Product at SysAid. Leveraging his extensive industry knowledge and strategic acumen, Nitai spearheads product innovation to tackle real-world challenges by harnessing AI. With a distinguished career in the tech sector, Nitai’s professional journey underscores his unwavering commitment to analytical precision and user-centric design, positioning him as a driving force behind SysAid’s product advancement.
His leadership style prioritizes collaboration and agile methodologies, motivating teams to surpass customer expectations through an unwavering dedication to excellence and ongoing innovation.
Nitai holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Information Systems Management from Ben-Gurion University.
Haim is one of the most prominent executives in the Israel High Tech Sector. In 2012, he retired from the Ministry of Finance. From 2001 to 2009, Haim served as CEO of NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE). As CEO, he led the company’s growth from a $100m business to $700m and oversaw value growth from $100m to $2.5b. He was selected Top High Tech CEO in the large corporations category by the Israel Management Institute, and in 2008 was named one of the top 10 CEOs in Israel by Dun & Bradstreet.
David has over two decades of executive experience in the global software industry, including a long track record of leadership as an executive, board member and executive chairman to companies poised for hypergrowth. With expertise in guiding digitally disruptive technologies with advanced products and visionary teams. He holds a BSC degree in Computer Science from Technion University in Haifa, Israel.
Uri has over 15 years of experience in the fields of finance and capital markets. Before joining IGP, Uri was a senior investment manager with KCPS Private Equity. Uri held several positions with Gornitzky & Company, KPMG, and Prof. Itzhak Swary & Company. There he provided financial and legal advisory services in the fields of capital markets, taxation, and private equity. Uri is a CPA a lawyer, and holds a BA in Accounting (summa cum laude) and LLB (magna cum laude), both from Tel Aviv University.
Israel is an entrepreneur and experienced CEO, with strengths in both turn-around and high-growth environments. In 2002, he founded SysAid Technologies and brought the company from bootstrap to two-digit million dollars in annual revenue, with 70K business customers in more than 140 countries worldwide. In 2011, he also founded Nubo Software, a start-up developing a secure virtual mobile workspace.
He has strong leadership skills with a proven track record of moving from idea to execution to profit. He has diverse experience – from development to product management to marketing to leading teams of all sizes at all levels of management.
