You can now attach documents, screenshots, and images directly to Action Items within Workflows.

New Journey Filter: Expand All Messages & Notes by Default
 
 

Agents can now use a single click to expand all messages and notes in the Journey view. You can toggle between a fully expanded view, which shows every message and note, and a collapsed view, which displays only highlighted entries. The system will remember your preference across page refreshes and logins.

Submit Tickets with Screenshots and Videos
 
 

After installing the SysAid Agent, end users can easily create tickets by pressing the hotkey configured in your system. This action automatically creates a service record with an attached screenshot or video of the user’s current view, along with complete asset information.
