Metrics Description: How This Result Was Calculated
Metric: End User to Admin Ratio
Description: This measurement calculates the ratio between the enabled SysAid end users to the enabled SysAid administrators. The value 40 means that the ratio is 1 admin for every 40 end users.
Unit: Ratio
Prerequisite for a valid measurement: Please validate that the assumptions below are confirmed in your SysAid installation. If not, use the filter builder to align your local calculation to the measurement assumptions.
Measurement assumptions:
- Ratio: The first parameter (end user) is divided by the second parameter (SysAid admins).
- Period: The note under the Worldwide Distribution Chart in your local installation will indicate which period of time has been calculated.
- Enabled: This relates to the status of the user. When the field shows Disabled=No, the user is considered enabled.
- End users: All the users who receive services that are listed in SysAid. They are defined under the End-User Manager. For detailed information about end users, see Users under Preferences –> User Management –> End-User Manager.
- Admins: The teams that use SysAid to provide service processes. For detailed information about admins, see Admins under Preferences –> User Management –> Admin Manager.
