History of PinkVERIFY
Launched by Pink Elephant in 1999, PinkVERIFY is a trusted ITSM tool certification scheme. It provides IT practitioners with a checklist of tools that align with industry best practices and offers software vendors independent verification of their tools. Initially covering key ITSM processes like Incident and Change Management, PinkVERIFY’s scope has expanded over the years to include more processes and updated criteria.
The New PinkVERIFY
In 2023, PinkVERIFY underwent significant updates to adapt to the evolving ITSM landscape. Pink Elephant’s experts revised assessment criteria and benchmarks, adopting a more flexible approach to terminology. This latest version supports various ITSM frameworks and ISO/IEC 20000 standards, reflecting a practical approach to meet modern ITSM needs.
