Can I try SysAid before I buy it?
Yes! Simply start a free trial and you’ll get access to all SysAid features, no credit card details or any prior commitment required. At any point during the trial you can choose a plan and pay from within your account using any of these payment methods: PayPal, credit cards, bank transfers, or checks. Whatever works best for you.
NOTE: In the past, SysAid offered a Free edition, however, we no longer offer one.
While there are still some legacy download options for SysAid on-prem free edition on the web, we do not recommend doing so. The Free editions are not supported by SysAid.

What determines the cost of my subscription?
The cost of your subscription will depend on multiple factors that make up your package, including the number of agents and assets to be managed by the system.
An agent is the person assigned to or managing the service provision.
Assets are any network or SNMP devices that you wish to manage in SysAid for inventory and monitoring purposes, including workstations, servers, printers, mobile devices, routers, and more.
How do I know which SysAid product is best for me?
A SysAid Rep will make a recommendation after an in-depth evaluation to understand your individual needs. For example, features such as full automation, integrations, or BI and analytics will depend on your organization’s profile including: size, IT maturity, growth plans, etc.
The solution type will influence the price quote to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need and not overpaying for any features that aren’t beneficial to you at this stage. You can always add and upgrade later as your needs evolve.
What are the SysAid license options?
Both Cloud and On-Premises annual licenses are available. Some functionality offered in the Cloud may not be available for On-Premises.
Are implementation costs included in the plan pricing?
A One-time Professional Onboarding fee is not included in SysAid Plans.
